Yoga??? Hehehehehe......introduced by our executive chairman. He had health problem and he suggested to us to take part in the yoga class. Yesterday was the first class. The instructor taught us the first the step before started yoga. We learn how to breath properly ( the breathing techniques) and doing some stretching exercise. Next week we will start to know what is yoga all about. Yoga is one of the alternative medicine. Yang ada diabetis ke gout ker...blood pressure...stroke semua boleh.
